Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products being customized, we do not accept returns. We take pride in our work and ensure that before we ship it, it has been inspected for quality. Should you receive merchandise from us that is damaged in any way, we would require a picture of said damage be sent to us within 48 hours of receipt/confirmation of delivery. Email us at SpeakIt2Life@gmail.com with your Order Number in the subject line.
Upon review of your request, you may receive STORE CREDIT in place of your damaged merchandise. STORE CREDIT is for the cost of the actual item(s) and excludes Shipping, Taxes & Discounts.
Earrings and any CUSTOM Orders (which would include anything that was made specifically for you or has a name on it) we do not accept returns.
